For this episode of the Microcollege podcast we welcome Ezra Sullivan, of the Threefold Education Foundation in Chestnut Ridge, New York, one of the major centers of anthroposophical work and study in North America. This fall, Ezra will be leading an innovative new semi-individualized learning program called the Youth Co-Lab. This program aims to "rethink how society could reflect the nobility of the human soul" and is structured around three interconnected pillars:
- Study: Developing an inner capacity for meaning
- Initiative: Creating projects that address contemporary challenges
- Service: Grounding wisdom in practical community engagement
