Perry Keenan is a seasoned real estate investor with nearly twenty years of experience. Perry found his passion for investing at a real estate seminar for flipping houses in 2005. Since then, Perry has spent time, not just flipping houses, but also acquiring buy and holds, wholesaling, and most recently purchasing a mobile home park. The first real estate deal was a quick flip that netted him and his partner $3,000 each. Perry was hooked. On their second deal, they lost about $2000 each.
