Francis Jackson Cummins, D.O. practices medicine in Fairfield, CA, where he is a family physician. Dr. Cummins graduated from the Western Univ Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of The Pacific in 1999. He subsequently went on to do a fellowship in Hyperbaric Medicine. Frankie, as he likes to be called has used hyperbaric to treat patients, including himself and members of his own family. In 2010, Dr. Cummins published Hyperbaric Oxygen Effect on MMP-9 After Vascular Insult in the Journal of Cardiovascular Translational Research. We also thank Dr. Francis J. Cummins, Jr., D.O. for his services in the U.S. Armed Forces. He is a former naval officer.
