Sugar.

I have a love/hate relationship with it.

I love to eat it, and I hate what it does to me.

And since my body has been aching, I've been wanting to eliminate it.

So, on October 1st, I launched a 30-day challenge to reduce or eliminate added sugar.

Many of you joined me.

And now that we're done, I've learned a few things.
