Nick has been in recruitment, both on the 3rd party search side as well as being the internal champion for several organizations over the last 16+ years. He has worked for major organizations like Fresenius Medical Care as the Manager of Talent Acquisition for the Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain functions.

Currently, he is helping Beta Bionics to scale the organization at rapid pace.
