Empowered21, a Spirit-filled international organization dedicated to uniting Christian believers and leaders, announced last week it is changing the location of its upcoming 2019 Latin America Congress. The event was originally scheduled to take place in Guatemala City at Casa de Dios, but after recent developments between the church and
