#166: Jack the Ripper Serial Killer, Kendra Licari Cyberbullying Case, and Delete That Text Cocktail

Brutal, bizarre, and boozy podcast by Jane and Deklan

Episode notes

This week Deklan takes us back to the late 1800s when Jack the Ripper was terrorizing the streets of London. His identity was never determined and his victim count is also unknown. There are 5 victims that are typically attributed to Jack the Ripper but it’s believed he might have had more. Over the years there have been different suspects identified but there has not been a conclusive person identified.

Jane tells us about two teens from Beal City, Michigan who were cyberbullied for several months. Lauryn Licari and Owen McKenny received texts from unknown numbers with terrible messages aimed at both of them. Months of investigation finally determined that Lauryn’s own mother had been terrorizing them. Kendra Licari went to prison for the disgusting messages she was sending the children.

We also enjoy the Delete that Text cocktail.
