Note sull'episodio
A family of critically endangered red wolves will soon leave the Museum of Life and Science in Durham for a conservation center in New York. The move, scheduled for October, follows the Red Wolf Recovery Program’s decision that first-time parents Oak and Deyha are genetically valuable and should breed again next year. Sherry Samuels, Senior Director of Animal Care at the Museum of Life and Science, joined Jeff Hamlin to discuss the upcoming departure of the wolves and their importance in conservation efforts.
