Good morning! I'm Aaron Jolly. And welcome to the Vermont Weather Podcast. It's Thursday, February 26th. Winter's not done with us yet, folks. That cold snap greeting you at 6 A.M.? Wind chills around 8 degrees in southern Vermont. The thermometer reads 16, but your face won't believe it. The silver lining.. The snow is wrapping up. Down south, skies clear first. Central Vermont holds onto a few isolated flurries through mid morning, then partly sunny skies take over. Highs hit 31 degrees. That's textbook late February. Push into the Northeast Kingdom and you might catch a few stray flakes before 8 A.M. After that, clouds crack open for some welcome sunshine. Highs top out near 28 degrees. Not bad for the Kingdom in February. Now tonight is where things get interesting. Temperatures nosedive. Southern Vermont drops to 5 degrees. Central Vermont  ...
