Shattered Reflections- From Pain to Power: Breaking Cycles and Finding Wholeness-Poem

It’s a paradox, isn’t it? To teach from a place of my own pain. To guide others while still mending the cracks in my own heart. But maybe that’s the beauty of it—pain teaches us lessons that books never could.

This poem reflects the journey of breaking cycles and choosing healing over hurt. It’s about finding the courage to confront the shadows we inherit, to rebuild ourselves, and to show others that wholeness is possible.

I don’t write these words because I have all the answers—I write them because I’ve lived the questions. And through it all, I’ve learned that even in brokenness, there’s power. There’s love. There’s light.
