Nikko Kennedy: Circadian Pregnancy & Birth

Nikko Kennedy is a practicing doula and Director of Research at the Institute of Applied Quantum Biology. She also writes a popular Substack under the name, ‘Brighter Days, Darker Nights’, where she shares invaluable information on circadian rhythms, pregnancy issues and homebirthing. Nikko has been at the forefront of a movement investigating the safety of hospital environments for birthing. As evidence accumulates demonstrating the detrimental effects of hospital lighting, EMF and some standard practices, practitioners like Nikko have reduced the need for unnecessary interventions through safe homebirthing practices.
