We are just over a month away from election day and a number of races on the ballot will have an impact on the Council of State in North Carolina. One of those races that will be decided in November is the Superintendent of Public Instruction where Michele Morrow is running, Mrs. Morrow joined Chris Edwards studio to talk about the race and her candidacy.
