A group of Wake Tech students received the Wake Tech Lifesaver Award on Monday for their quick actions that saved an employee's life. In October, facilities technician Byron Gray suffered a stroke while on his way to the Perry Health Sciences Campus, but four students stepped in to assist him. Sam Rouse, a Dental Hygiene student and one of the honorees, joined Jeff Hamlin to share her account of the life-saving moment.
