The Raleigh Police officers who were involved in the arrest of a man who died will not face criminal charges. Darryl Williams died in police custody in January outside of a sweepstakes parlor in Raleigh. Kerwin Pittman, a local community activist, discussed the ruling with Nate Saunders on Wednesday.
