John Kissee stops by the show to talk about Doctor Rigby!

John is a visual storyteller at heart. His first work (age 6) was a 4-page comic adaptation of King Kong, proudly presented to my parents. He was a happy, imaginative, weird little kid, growing up in a household full of creativity, laughter and love. John has been a graphic designer for nearly twenty years, specializing in print, publication and packaging design. He also has enjoyed a range of other projects, including brand design, editorial illustration, comic book creation and book covers. His passion project is Doctor Rigby, a comic book he wrote and illustrated—a love letter to horror and retro adventure. He is now a happy, imaginative, weird adult living in Ft Lauderdale, FL with his beloved husband Jay, and their small, Wookie-like dog Chloe.
