This week, we kicked off our new series, the Prayers of Paul, by diving into 2 Thessalonians 1:1–12!
Paul's prayer teaches us to pray for perseverance in persecution, because God will both judge the wicked and glorify His people.
In this passage, we saw three key truths:
- God uses trials to transform us
- God is a perfect judge of the righteous and the wicked
- God will transform us in trials by our prayers
