The Start of the Linear Pottery , Bükk, and Tisza Cultures

Warfare, Advancement, and Revisionism by Thomas Preston Floyd

Episode notes

This week we discuss the origin of the Linear Pottery Culture along the middle Danube, and its rapid spread out of the region. We then go over its developments in its early and development phases. We did not cover its final phase. That is for the later this season. We went over its pottery, economy, and housing.

We also discussed two cultures that were influenced by the Linear Pottery and Starcevo, the Bükk and Tisza Cultures.
