Right now, patchy fog lingers across central and western Virginia. That burns off by mid-morning. Then the front crashes through. and temperatures nosedive. Western Virginia gets the warmest window. You'll hit 66 degrees around 2 P.M. Before the cold air muscle their way in. Central Virginia tops out at 58 degrees by early afternoon, then slides back fast. Hampton Roads reaches 55 degrees by late morning before the chill takes over. Winds flip northwest and gust to 20 miles an hour along the coast. You'll feel that shift.
