The rest of the state? Still thinking it over. Out in the western mountains, you're looking at 61 degrees this afternoon. Sixty one. In February. A gentle west breeze at 3 to 7 miles an hour makes it feel like somebody left the door open to April. Perfect weather for a hike if you ask me. Now drive east toward Richmond and Central Virginia. The thermometer drops to 45 degrees. A whisper of west wind at 3 miles an hour. Pleasant enough, but you'll want a light jacket. Head all the way to Hampton Roads and you're sitting at 49 degrees.
