In honor of the fact that it is still International Women's Month, I'm speaking on behalf of the black women within our communities. To remind my black women young and old that they are smart, intelligent, amazing, and most importantly, important, I wanted them to have flowers when it comes to their impact on their educational journey. I want them to know that they have the power to shape their destinies and that no obstacle is too big for them.
