Southern Vermont took the brunt. Less than an inch of accumulation, but watch for sneaky slick spots on untreated roads through mid-morning. Today climbs to 32 under mostly cloudy skies. Tonight dips to 29, then Saturday flips the script with a jump to 47.
Central Vermont saw the same light snow wrapping up by 5 A.M. Roads improve as we climb to 38 this afternoon. Tonight settles at 32, then Saturday brings a dramatic warm-up — 54 degrees with rain and drizzle likely. That's a 22-degree swing in 24 hours.
