It's the calm before a sneaky little clipper system. Southern Vermont, you're first in line. Snow rolls in around 3 A.M. Tonight. The heaviest burst hits near 5 A.M. You'll wake up to 1 to 3 inches on the ground. And get this. Temperatures actually rise overnight. You're at 4 degrees around 10 P.M., then climbing to 13 degrees by morning.
