Our guest for today's episode is the one and only Eric Longar, a bjj black belt and the head of operations at 10th Planet Tanglefoot right outside of our STL area! Eric has over a decade of experience in the sport that began with his hopes of joining the military that led to him training on base after his wife (at the time girlfriend) entered the service when he was not able to. This led him to living in Mississippi and eventually finding his way back to STL. Spending extended time in Vegas, Eric became well versed in the active fight scene and this led to him focusing mostly on nogi bjj and eventually operating his own 10th Planet location close to home.
