As post-graduate and emerging scholars, we are in the right position to develop our 'voice'. This distinctive voice represents who we are as researchers, but also instil confidence in others with our abilities. Whilst finding our voice is not an instant Eureka moment, it is a journey that we can explore to build connections with others and to develop our profile as a credible researcher. This short episode highlights four areas that we, as emerging academics, can reflect upon as we strategise to develop our academic voice!
