Get to know Steve's little brother, Tom Haley, as he prepares a delicious batch of Tom Collins for us all.

Tom's Tom Collins:

• 2 oz. gin

• .75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

• .5 oz simple syrup

• 2 oz club soda

• Cup of ice

• Garnish with lemon wedge or wheel

Combine the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 5 seconds. Strain into a cup of ice, top off with soda water, garnish with a lemon wedge, and enjoy!
