Madeline's A La Louisiane:

2 oz. Rye Whiskey

.75 oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth

.5 oz. Benedictine

4-5 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters

.25 oz Absinthe

Expression of Lemon Peel

Add the rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, benedictine, Peychaud's, and absinthe into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into chilled coupe glass, express lemon peel over the glass, discard the peel, and enjoy!

Millie's Bourbon Mai Tai:

2 oz. Bendt Bourbon

1/2 oz. Cointreau
