While this has taken off with white girls swaying their arms and legs and showing off their outfits, the origins of the dance and music genre goes a lot deeper. Filipino's of all ages and backgrounds have taken to tiktok to show how you actually dance in the Budots style, with the moves being slow and deliberate.
