We will be talking about things like social media that can feed into the comparison game and make it feel like you are failing. Instead there are better ways for us to approach this so that it makes us feel inspired.
Instead of using other people as the bar to compare ourselves against, we can use them as a blueprint to help guide our future actions.
Along with that, there is one important thing that we should be comparing ourselves against (hint: its not other people!)
