After graduating from Harvard Business School and Oxford, serving Fortune 500 clients as an investment banker, and running his own management consulting practice, John experienced a profound conversion and gave up everything to live as a Carmelite monk for 7 years where he also received degrees in philosophy and theology.

His fascination with the lives of the Saints and the world-changing ventures they built led him to step back into the world of entrepreneurship to found a first-of-its-kind network of Spirit-led founders.
