Good morning. Maine. I'm DJ Huzz. Folks. February is going out dressed like April. A big high pressure dome is sitting right on top of us, trapping warm Gulf air underneath and shoving every cold front out of the picture. The result? Temperatures running a full 56 degrees above normal. South Texas could touch 88 degrees today. That's not a typo. In the next 24 hours. But first. The catch. That same warm moisture is painting fog across the coast this morning. A Dense Fog Advisory runs through 9 A.M. For coastal counties. If you're driving early, slow down and give yourself extra time. Down in South Texas, once that fog lifts, it's pure sunshine and 88 degrees. Southeast winds gust to 24 miles an hour by afternoon. Your skin will feel every bit of it. Slather on sunscreen. UV index hits 6 today. Over in Austin and San Antonio, fog burns off by 9 A ...
