We're flirting with the all time February record set back in 1996, just three degrees shy. Sunny skies, south winds gusting to 28 miles an hour. But there's a catch. A Red Flag Warning is up across Deep South Texas. Humidity drops to 25 percent. Any spark out there could turn ugly fast. Slide north into Central Texas and you're still sweating.
