These are numbers that belong on a pool float, not a winter calendar. Slide north into Central Texas and it's not much cooler. Austin and San Antonio both push near 88 degrees by 4 P.M. That's 52 degrees above normal. Let that sink in. Winds gust to 15 miles an hour around 9 A.M., then settle down. Enjoy the breeze while it lasts.
