Winter Weather Advisory is up because light snow's already falling in the Smokies. And round two hits tonight through Monday. Higher elevations — we're talking peaks above 4,000 feet — could stack up 4 to 7 inches. Some spots near 6,000 feet? Over 7 inches. Winds gust to 40 miles an hour, making it feel like minus 19 degrees. Tonight drops to 21 degrees, but wind chills crash to single digits and below zero.
