In today's episode, we remember the 77th anniversary of pilot Kenneth Arnold's sighting of "mysterious" objects over Mount Rainier, introducing the term "flying saucer" to the world. In the Encinitas and North County Surf Report, we'll see an established Southwest swell on Monday and Tuesday, with semi-glassy mornings, and semi-choppy afternoons, as winds shift from North-West to West. On Wednesday, anticipate waist to stomach-high South-Southwest-swell, with glassy mornings and semi-bumpy afternoons. Thursday will bring thigh to waist-high South-Southwest short period wind swell, with semi-choppy conditions as winds shift from South to South-Southwest.
