Prepping athletes for competition takes a lot of work to help make sure mentally and physically they are ready to perform at their peak. But when should someone peak? What if there are a lot of competitions or meets they want to take part in? Can someone realistically do 6-7 events a year while performing at a high level and recovering well enough to avoid breakdown and injury. That is the topic of today's episode.
