Upper management attempted to harass me, tell me I'm not worth the salary, and told me to leave if I'm not happy just because I said thank you to someone they didn't like. Jokes on them. I took their offer and left and they needed a contract worth more than 5x my salary per year just to fill in my shoes. Didn't want to dirty my nice uniforms on the rifle range, wore old ones instead.
