To finish off our special spooky short stories we're looking at the master of the macabre himself, Edgar Allan Poe. That’s right, the writer who brought us gothic classics like The Raven, The Cask of Amontillado, The Pit and The Pendulum, and The Tell-Tale Heart lived a fascinating life. But that life is not the focus of today’s story. Instead today we’re going to focus on Poe’s death. You see, over 170 years after Poe died, people still can’t figure out his cause of death.
