The way we approach sports, exercise, or even health for women in our communities is quite different from how we would ever dream of talking about it for men. Most of these differences are grounded in the myths that lead to misinformation that has formed the narratives we tend use to form our perspectives about women's health and athletic performance capability.

The ideas of athletic performance and "fairness of competition" seems to become a story that jumps to forefront of conservation when we get stories about non-conforming athletes competing in women sports. Stories that lead to everyone voicing an opinion that may or may not be grounded in understanding how the human body works. Well, let's talk about that...
