The Stolen Queen, by Fiona Davis, is a historical fiction novel published in 2025.

The novel tells the story of Charlotte Cross, an associate curator in the Department of Egyptian Art at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

In 1978, Charlotte discovers a valuable artifact on loan to the museum, a broad collar she believes was stolen from the Egyptian Museum in Cairo in 1936. The broad collar has been acquired by the Costume Institute for their upcoming exhibition, and Charlotte fears for its safety.

Charlotte's own history is intertwined with the artifact. In 1936, she was a young archaeologist working in Egypt who helped discover the broad collar. During a tragic shipwreck, she lost her husband and baby daughter and has been haunted by the events ever since.
