The main languages include: “Tagalog, Cebuano, Ilokano, Hiligaynon, Waray, Bikolano and many more”For this week, we bring to you the Tagalog word: KARAHASAN, meaning violence, brutality or ferocity.Ang root word ng salitang Karahasan ay Dahas o Force. Ayon sa website na Tagalog Lang, Karahasan means “The intentional use of physical force or power, threatened or actual, against oneself, another person, or against a group or community, which either results in or has a high likelihood of resulting in injury, death, psychological harm, maldevelopment, or deprivation.”
