Rain rolls through between 6 P.M. and early morning — expect a quarter to half inch. Friday brings partly sunny skies and a high near 81 degrees, but showers stick around through the day. Head south and you're looking at 73 degrees tonight with just isolated showers. Friday heats up fast — you'll hit 89 degrees under mostly sunny skies before scattered showers pop up after noon.
