Psalms 46:5 does speak of the city of God where The Most High lives and how He is in her and the city will never fall. The chapter also serves as a reminder that God will never forsake us, that kingdoms may fall but He is with us and He is our shelter. On this podcast we will be constantly reminded of the glory of our Savior Jesus Christ and try to navigate life by being still and knowing that He is God.
What does it mean to be a person after God's own heart? it means your life is in harmony with the Lord. What is important to Him is important to you. What burdens Him burdens you. When He says, "Go to the right," you go to the right. When He says, "Stop that in your life," you stop it. When He says, "This is wrong and I want you to change," you come to terms with it because you have a heart for God. That's bottom-line, biblical Christianity.
Singleness is avoided so much by this generation because of the feeling of loneliness. But when we go through singleness the way the LORD wants us to, we find that are not alone and that we have the opportunity to dwell in His presence. We see that we have the need to be where He is and seek what He wants for us. Come along with me as we discuss what singleness truly means to God and how we should navigate it as Christians.
Hello, episode two is finally here! In this episode we talk about temptation and how to flee from it. As humans we deal with temptation everyday. But as people of God we are called to flee from temptation and stay focused on our walk with God.
