Wayne emphasizes the importance of not loathing or despising our sexuality, as doing so only harms ourselves. Similarly, using it selfishly or irresponsibly hurts others. Instead, we are called to embrace our sexual nature in a healthy and balanced way, striving toward our personal ideals with a spirit of growth and self-reflection.
