You know, the most important thing that I want to focus, that everybody has anxiety. The anxiety is related to not knowing things and then a misconceived irrational fear, sometimes rational, sometimes irrational fear. Ramalinga Swami said, if you want to evolve to a higher reality, you should have zero fear. When you have zero fear, then you will move into a consciousness where you have no illusion. The Sun worship, according to the yogis, will drive away your fear. Fear is darkness, fear is ignorance.
