On today's show we interview the incredible Canadian 🇨🇦 Amateur Strongman athlete Angie Houle from Whitefish Lake Reserve Band #128 in Treaty 6 Territory. Shes a wife of 19 years and a mom of 4. Going back to her roots as a farm girl who hunted, hauled wood and meat, she used the sport of Strongman to conquer post partum depression.
