Here in the Willamette Valley, a brief rain chance lingers around 3 A.M. Then we climb to 49 degrees by 1 P.M. Winds shift from south-southwest to west-southwest around noon. Tonight's when things get interesting. Temperatures crash to 36 degrees by 2 A.M. Frost develops after that as skies clear completely.
