Then we climb to 49 degrees by 1 P.M. Winds shift from south-southwest to west-southwest around noon. Tonight's when things get interesting. Temperatures crash to 36 degrees by 2 A.M. Frost develops after that as skies clear completely. Down in the Southern Willamette Valley, same rain chance around 3 A.M. with scattered showers possible. You'll hit 50 degrees around 2 P.M.
