In this solo episode, I tell you about all the things that I'm leaving behind in 2023 and some of the things that I will focus on during 2024. The big message here is that you should trust your instincts and listen to yourself before you take anyone else's advice. I tell you why even though 2023 was a low point for me, I needed to face it to grow and get to where I am now. Sometimes going through a rough patch and facing challenges is the only way to evolve.
