In this episode, our panelists will walk you through the grant application process. We’ll cover key grant writing strategies, common mistakes to avoid, and how to effectively incorporate safety initiatives like De-Escalation Training into your proposal. We are joined by Jessica Harrison, the Director of Grants Development for Northwest Shoals Community College. In this role, she is responsible for the writing, submission, and administration of all grant projects and programs for the College’s two campuses. She graduated from the University of North Alabama with her BS in Business Administration, and completed her Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Faulkner University in 2019.
