Your evening New Jersey weather update Spring is showing its unpredictable side across New Jersey today with temperatures climbing into the upper 60s before thunderstorms arrive this evening. The National Weather Service has issued a marginal risk for both flooding and severe weather for western portions of the state between 5 and 7 P.M. Right now we're sitting at a comfortable 58 degrees, quite a jump from this morning's chilly 44-degree low around 4 A.M.
