Step outside this morning and you'll feel that damp, heavy air clinging to everything. In the next 24 hours. Here's the breakdown across the state. North Jersey starts at 34 degrees under patchy fog. The fog lifts by 9 A.M. and skies turn partly sunny. You'll hit a high of 49 degrees. Central Jersey is sitting at 37 degrees with similar fog that burns off by mid-morning. You'll top out at 50 degrees. Down in South Jersey, it's the mildest at 40 degrees, but also the dampest. Areas of fog linger through the afternoon with a high of 46 degrees.
